"Gave up at checkout"
Tried to order something. Checkout was just too much. Payment part felt unclear. I didn’t really trust that it was going through right. So I left the site. Bad first impression, honestly.

Ordered a couple of keys and, after I paid I started getting a bit suspicious and wondered if they’d actually turn up right or if the cuts would be off. But both keys worked first try with no issues at all. Straightforward in the end, and I’m happy with it

"Great for someone just getting started"
I’m still new to all this, so I was a bit unsure at first, but the site was easy enough to figure out. The beginner info actually made sense too, which helped a lot because I didn’t feel like I was just guessing my way through everything. My order showed up fine, nothing weird there, and the items were pretty much what I expected. Also, the whole process just felt simple, which is kind of what you need when you’re starting out. Definitely a good first place to shop if you’re new

The whole process was really easy, and my order showed up packed nicely. Nothing was bent or rattling around, and the plain envelope was taped up securely. It actually took me a minute to open it lol. Nothing fancy, but it did the job well. 4 stars from me.

"Decent site, but wow, the lock coverage felt super limited"
The site is okay overall, and some of the pages were actually helpful, but I was kind of crushed by how few lock types they really cover. I went in hoping to find info on a couple of less common locks, and it felt like I hit a wall almost immediately. There’s definitely useful basic stuff there, but if you need anything beyond the more standard locks, it gets disappointing fast. I wasn’t expecting the entire universe of locks, but I did hope for way more than what I found.

I ordered this sometime around the beginning of the month, or maybe the end of last month, I can’t remember exactly, but the delivery definitely took longer than expected. The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had no idea where it actually was until it finally showed up late.

I ordered from ukbumpkeys.com and felt a bit relieved when it fitted first time. No filing, tweaking, or messing around needed, which was exactly what I was hoping for.

I wasn’t totally sure it would match what I already had, so I was half expecting a bit of hassle. But once I tried it, it was compatible and worked just as it should. Always nice when something actually lines up properly.

Delivery was straightforward too, with no problems along the way. I’d be happy to use them again if I need another one

I’m happy with this set overall. It feels sturdy and well-made, not cheap or flimsy at all. The cuts were clean, and everything matched what I ordered, which I definitely appreciated.

The only small issue was that one piece had a tiny burr on the edge, so I had to smooth it out a bit myself. Not a big deal, though, I’d still say the quality is solid and I’m satisfied with the purchase.

"Good communication, even if it took a minute"
I had a couple questions before placing my order, they answered them clearly and didn’t make it complicated. It wasn’t some over-the-top customer service thing, but that’s fine with me — I’d rather get a straight answer than a bunch of fluff.

I’m giving 4 stars because one reply did take about a day longer than I was hoping for, but I don’t think that makes it a bad experience. They were still polite, helpful, and got me what I needed, so I’m not going to act like that one delay ruined everything

I ordered from ukbumpkeys.com and, for what I needed at the time, it was okay. The website was simple enough to get through, and my order did arrive without any major hassle, so I can’t really say it was a bad experience.
That said, the delivery felt a little slower than I was expecting, and the tracking or updates could have been clearer. The product itself was decent, but not something that really impressed me. If I wasn’t in a hurry, I might use them again, but if I needed something quickly, I’d probably look around first
